As we move into the holiday season, we have decided to bypass developing the vastly overdone October Halloween-themed products niche and instead start focusing on developing products for November, the time of the year when interest in baking begins its climb to the top of the baking peak — Christmas.
Baking has massively increased in popularity since the pandemic forced many people to stay at home. Many turned to baking during that time to help them combat stress and boredom by using "bake therapy" to keep busy doing something useful with their time. As a result, from 2019 to 2020, sales of flour and other baking staples increased over 50% and have continued to grow since that time.
To "cater" to that audience and encourage the return to traditional baking, we have developed a line of products with baking themes: "Baking: It's Complicated", and "Baked with Love". "Baking: It's Complicated" explores the more intellectual and psychological side of baking, of what has motivated people to start getting back to baking. Our "Baked with Love" line of products, however, provides a simpler, more traditional take, focusing on the pure joy that comes from the love of baking, and of sharing that love with others.

Also, not many know this, but according to NationalToday.com, October is National Cookie Month! To honor this fact (and because we love cookies) we have developed a special cookie-themed series of products called, "Cookies: They're Not Just for Christmas". We are hoping this will start a trend towards baking more in October, November, and of course year-round.
