Refund policy
Alpha City uses print-on-demand companies to create our products, which means that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This means that replacements or refunds are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, if you received damaged product, or there was a manufacturing error, you have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. Returns and exchanges are not supported in any case.
In order to request a refund please email a copy of your receipt along with a photo of the item(s) in question along with a written description of what is wrong to alphacitymarket@gmail.com. Once we have verified the issue, we will provide either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
